Daring Cardmakers - Elemental Inspiration

  Morning Crafters.

Its started, our run up to Christmas with Daring Cardmakers.  Each week until Christmas Daring Cardmakers will have a festive challenge for you to join in.  Hopefully this will help with those last minute Christmas cards and gift packaging ideas.

As its Friday the first challenge is always an elemental inspiration.

Below is this weeks image and remember to use 3 elements on your card.

I have decided not to go with Christmas this week as the photo lends itself to other occasions.

But in the upcoming weeks you will see lots more Christmas inspiration from me.  I do love my Christmas crafting.

The elements I have picked are the jug, wooden table, candle stick, cake stand and flowers.

I started with a square of floral paper which I glued to a square card blank and then embossed a piece of grey cardstock with a wood planks embossing folder from Stampin Up.  I then added a little ink to this to bring out the wood grain.

I then die cut the candle stick, jug and cake stand in gold card stock.  The die cut set I used is from Xcut and its called Tea Party.

I then used the stamps from the Jar Of Love set by Stampin up for the flowers.   I then added a little tag which is also from Stampin Up called Wood Words.

Please stop by the Design Team at Daring Cardmakers for more lovely inspiration and I can't wait to see what you create.

Have a lovely weekend.

xXx
