I really have neglected my little blog just lately but have not been very well due to morning, afternoon and night sickness. That's right everyone we are now expecting our second baby due in December.
Now I feel a lot better will start creating again. This second pregnancy is so different from my first. I had no sickness, or felt tired but this one really knocked me off my feet. I just have the small matter of my iron to sort and have developed gestational diabetes. Hopefully with a change of diet I will have it under control.

About the Artisit
Ann Harrison-Ray has had for all of her life, a passion for drawing and painting, but never the time to follow her life-long ambitions to paint and develop her talent until recently. Happily, now she has moved to western Brittany with her husband to retire, her new life in the French country-side has provided the opportunity and also the inspiration.
In November 2006, Ann's painting 'Blackwater Barge' won first prize in the Glenmor regional art competition. Many of her paintings are thoughtful studies of picturesque landscapes while others portray calm still life subjects.
Please pop by her gallery and take a peek at more of her stunning work.

Seaside
Its another Bank Holiday here in France on Monday so we have a lovely long weekend. The weather is lovely lets hope its the same tomorrow.
So here is a card I made with a nautical theme for my Dad for fathers day.
I have used papers and images all from Pink Petticoat, see HERE and HERE. I have coloured the image using promarkers and glitter. The string and the burlap give my card I lovely nautical finish.
This card is for the challenge at City Crafter. Check out the gorgeous inspiration photo.

Flowers!!!
Summer is coming!!! My husband has been hard at work and we now have a little vegetable patch in the garden, he has suddenly become green fingered. I think he has picked the hardest thing to grow, Asparagus! Its starting to come but you can't pick it for at least two years.
I think I will stick to card making you get results a lot faster, lol. Although I do like planting flowers in our garden, my wild flowers are coming along nicely and the best thing is they seed themselves!!
So talking of gardens and flowers here is my next card:
