If you saw my last post you would have seen the yummy inspiration photo. I love the colour combination so much I thought I would make another card but using the sketch from Freshly Made Sketches.
Again the sentiment is from Pink petticoat from a collection called Fairy Lights.
I don't really make clean and simple cards so this is always a challenge for me and I love a challenge.

Christmas is geting closer
As Christmas is coming closer I thought I would have a little go at making some Christmas decorations. So I had ago at the Hanging Holiday Sled from My Time Made Easy, Its a really good size, great for a door hanging or a table decoration. You can also shrink the size which I have done to make tree decorations for my daughters school fete. I will post these at a later date.
I have also used the set of stamps from My Time Made Easy called Beautiful Baubles. The sentiment is one created using the computer.
The patterned paper is from Pink Petticoat called Fairy Lights.
I have also added a few snowflake embellishment's, gems and some little jingle bells.

Chalkboard cupcake
I have finally got time to take part in this weeks challenge at The Shabby Tea Room called holiday baking. The challenge is to create a card/project inspired by the photo below, use the chalk board technique, a baking element and to use red, white and orange.
And here is my card
I had to use my gorgeous cupcake stamp as my baking element, I just love cupcakes!!
For the chalkboard technique you to take some black card stock, stamp your image in white and use white embossing powder. Then with a bit of tissue dab some of the white ink over your image to give it the just erased blackboard look.
The layout for the card is taken from the sketch over at Mojo Monday.

Finished!!!
I have finally got all my Christmas cards made for family and friends back in the UK. To make things easier for myself I stuck to a theme and made most of them similar.
I have gone for fun images this year and here is a little selection of what I came up with.
I have gone for fun images this year and here is a little selection of what I came up with.
They have all been made with using digital papers and images from Pink Petticoat called Tis The Season. I have used each colour palette of papers along with a different image and hurry the collection is half price at the moment.
I have tried to keep them very simple as they have to survive been sent in the post, so for embellishments I have added some glitter and a die cut snowflake.
Happy 60th Birthday
We recently had a little surprise party for my father in law for his 60th birthday, which was very hard to keep a secret when you have a 4 year old in the family.
I just wanted to share with you the little cupcakes I made. My father in law is really into F1 so I thought I would make some racing car toppers. I have really started to get into cupcake decorating and I am slowing starting to teach myself.
