Gumball Greetings Fish Bowl

Hello everyone.

I have a super fun card to share with you today which uses one of my favourite techniques and some of my favourite stamp sets.

When I first bought the Gumball Greetings bundle I instantly thought the shaker dome looks like a fish bowl and thought how cool would it look made into one. So I finally got around to creating one and I just love how the card has turned out.

I used a couple of sea/underwater themed stamps to create the scene inside the fish bowl. I then added lots of sequins from my stash.

I absolutely love how this card has turned out and it was so much fun to make.

Tulips for Mothers Day

Hello everyone.

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and enjoyed the glorious weather.

I have another Mothers Day card to share today using the lovely Jar of Flowers stamps and punch to create a lovely shaker card for my Mum In Law.

It was mothers day in the UK yesterday. We celebrate it twice in our family once for the UK for my mum in law and then a second time in May for France, which is for me.

It was a difficult day as its now two mothers day without my own mam who I miss so much.

Daring Cardmakers - Early Bird

Hello all and welcome to the weekly challenge from the team at the Daring Cardmakers.

Our lovely host this week is Miri who would like you to be inspired by the phrase

"The early bird catches the worm"

So use sunrise, birds, worms or anything related the the saying.

I think the bird on my card would rather eat your fish and chips than a worm if you were by the seaside but I have created a lovely sunrise glow to the background of my card.

I stamped a portion of the sea to the bottom of the topper then I used some blending brushes to added some yellow ink to create a lovely sunrise feel. I also added a few die cut clouds then the pelican sat on the post.

I have used the gorgeous new Waves Of Inspiration bundle from Stampin Up. I also had to include another favourite set of mine which is the Smooth Sailing Dies as I wanted to add the rope to the background.

Pansy Petals Suite

Hello everyone.

Today is so exciting as I get to find out what's coming in the new annual catalogue, so today I wanted to share with you some projects I made with the Pansy Petals suite from the current annual catalogue which you can still order from until the beginning of May.

The suite contains stamps, dies, the most beautiful paper and the cute bee trinkets.

The papers in the suite also contain all the current in colours which makes the colour palette so soft and pretty.
