Sharing a Birthday

Hello Crafters.

I celebrated a big birthday last month and I also share it with my lovely nephew.  I completely forgot to post the card that I made for him.

Its such a lovely feeling when you get to share a birthday with a loved one. I love him to bits and I do miss him loads and his older brother.

To create this card I started with a black card blank and added some lovely party inspired designer paper.

I then cut out a rectangle of white card and stamped the sentiment using the Count the Stars Stamp and Die Set from Debi Adams at Spellbinders.

I then used the star die from the set and cut out three just to frame the sentiment.  I then mounted this onto black card stock.

I then made a tiny shaker star using the dies in the set and added a gold number seven which is also in the same set.

I finished with some black glitter stars.

A great card suitable for any age.

I love this set as I know I will get a lot of use from it.  Its great to be able to personalise a card with the recipients age.

Thanks for stopping by and please click the above link for more details about the die set I have used.
