Teacher Thank You

Hello everyone.

My little boy finishes school for the summer next week and his teacher is also leaving so I thought I better make a thank you gift.
I found this amazing tutorial over at Crafty Caroline Creates to make this large post it note holder and desk tidy.
If you click the link above you will find all the details.

I used the gorgeous pansy's to decorate the holder.

These would make great gifts for anyone not just for teachers.

Into The Garden - Daring Cardmakers

Hello everyone and welcome to the weekly challenge from the team at the Daring Cardmakers.

Nat is our lovely host this week and would like to see something related to your garden/outside space on your cards.  So we are celebrating the bounty of your garden or your favourite outside space.

I have created a card featuring a jar of pretty flowers using the Jar Of Flowers stamp set from Stampin Up.  I stamped the flowers and then coloured them in using some stampin blends.
Next I punched out the jar shape and added a mason jar shaker dome.

I thought it would be fun to create a little secret door so I could place a  little treat.  I had these cute butterfly chocolates and it fitted perfectly.

I love been able to pick flowers from the garden and bring them inside to enjoy which is what has inspired this card.
.
Thanks for stopping by today and please head over to the Daring Cardmakers Blog for more lovely inspiration from the Design Team.

Have a great weekend and happy crafting.

No Matter The Weather We're In This Together

 Hello everyone.

I am so excited as next week I finally get to meet up with my craft group for our card kit craft along.

We haven't crafted together in over a year so we are getting together and we are each going to bring along one of the new card kits.

So for todays project I have created another card using the No Matter The Weather card kit and the Give It A Whirl dies.  I have had loads of fun creating these cards and I can't wait to craft with my friends.
I used the Give It A Whirl dies as I wanted the card to feature all the sentiments from the stamp set as they are just so lovely.

I love the wellie topper filled with beautiful daffodils.  A card that will brighten someone's day.

Thanks for stopping by today and you can find all the products I have used for this project at the bottom of the page, with links to the Stampin Up website.
