Daring Cardmakers - Elemental Inspiration.

Its Friday!!!

Happy start to the weekend to you all and a great time to have a go at this weeks challenge from the team at the Daring Cardmakers.

The team have this gorgeous elemental inspiration for you this week as its the first Friday of the month.

Just pick at least 3 elements to be featured on your card.

I tried to steer clear of Christmas on this one and it was so hard.

For my card I used the colours, cup, a bit of foliage and woodgrain.

I have used one of my all time favourite sets called Nothing's Better Than to create the little cups.

I have also used another die set that I really love called Seasonal Swirls. The die set comes with this gorgeous leave wreath which I have cut from 3 different colours of card stock.

I also added a little sentiment and stamped it onto the tag at the bottom of the card. The tag dies are called Tailor Made Tags and they come in two different style of tags and 4 different sizes.

Autumn Vibes with Cajun Craze

Hello everyone.

As we are now in November I just wanted to share another autumnal themed project before all the Christmas crafting begins. Especially as my Merry Christmas Makes series starts on Monday.

I really love the celebrate sunflowers stamp as its just big, bold and beautiful. So I used it on this card and teamed it with some autumnal coloured designer series paper from the Blackberry Beauty set.

I have used a base a Cajun craze cardstock as I thought it worked really well with the theme of the card. If I am honest its not one of my favourite colours but the other day I was just looking through my wardrobe and I have 3 tops with the same colours, so perhaps I do really like it.

Milka Chocolate (Christmas) Monday

Hello everyone.

This is my last project in my milka chocolate Monday series. I am so pleased that I was able to bring this to you again as I have had so much fun updating and re creating new projects for these cute little individual wrapped chocolates.

So I have left my favourite project until last as it uses my favourite out of all the designer series paper from the festive catalogue.

Cardstock measures : 4 3/4" x 7"

Score on long side at 1", 3", 4" and 6"

Score on short side at 1" and 3 3/4"

Here is a little guide to see where you need to cut. You need to add glue to the first 4 notched squares and glue these to the first rectangle. This then forms the base of the box. Add glue to the remaining squares and glue this to the remaining rectangle and this will form the box lid.

I really hope you have enjoyed my Milka chocolate Monday series and from next Monday I will be starting my Merry Christmas Makes. I will be featuring a festive project every Monday until Christmas.
