Coffee and Cream Challenge

With autumn just on our door steps which is a bit hard to image at the moment as the weather has been really hot, I have created a little project with the season in mind. 

Hot coffee and warm wishes just for autumn.

The backing papers are from My Time Made Easy called Coffe Beans and the digital image is from a set called Grab A Cup which are both available in the store and check out the Gallery for more ideas.

I have also made this little gift box to go with my card.  The template is available from My Time Made Easy called Under Cover.

This project is for the challenge over at Joanna Sheen.  The theme is coffee and cream and to use those colours or have a coffee theme or both.  I have gone with the coffee theme.

Time flies

Its only September and I am already starting to think about Christmas and I have made a start on some Christmas card which I will post at a later date.

Anyway its challenge time at The Shabby Tea Room and look at the gorgeous picture for inspiration:

This weeks theme is to include a clock.

 

I have used Prima Printery papers and stamp set and added a few paper flowers, some are handmade. 

 

 

I have stamped the clock, inked up the edges then added some clear embossing powder and a little glitter over the top.

Tea Party Picnic

WOW, my daughter is been super behaved  today, however I did have a peep in her room and I think we will be spending this evening playing tidy up games.  With that said I have managed to create another card and something I hope is clean and simple.

This card is for the following challenges:

Just look at the yummy inspiration picture from The Shabby Tea Room.

 

The challenge is to use the colours in the photo and to use flowers and a tea element.  I love making cards with a tea theme so had to give it ago.

 

 

I have used papers and digi stamp all from Pink Petticoat.

 

 

I have them added some little paper blossoms and a sentiment flag.

The Ribbon Reel "Oh Baby"

I have just spent a little while crafting while my daughter was sitting very quietly watching Barbie which I have to say is a first in our house.  She also likes to watch me craft which I also love.

Here is the little card I have made for a new baby:

This card is for the challenge at The Ribbon Reel and you are asked to make a card/project for a new baby using the colours/patterns  in the photo below and also using ribbon and twine.

I have used spots and chevrons in my card and added a little black.  The image I have used is from Pink Petticoat called big fella and I have added a little bow to his tail.  I have also added a few flowers and added some twine for decoration.

Grab Bag

Hello all.  I am back from my trip to England and thought what better way to welcome myself back into the world of craft but to create something using one of the new templates from My Time Made Easy.  I was really disappointed that I couldn't take part in the new release so as soon as I got home I knew straight away which template I wanted to try first and here it is:

 

This template is called Grab Bag and its really cute.  Its makes the ideal box to hold a small gift like I have shown here.  Or perhaps you could use it as a party/wedding favour.

 

The template goes together really quickly and I have decorated mine using a organza flower and papers from My Time Made Easy called Tea Parlor.

 

Don't forgot to stop by the shop and take a look at the other nine new scrummy templates.

Exciting news from My Time Made Easy

Here I am in sunny England having a little holiday but I had to share some exciting news.  My Time Made Easy are currently been considered for Walmart and are under review  Its a great opportunity for all their lovely and inspirational products to be sold online at Walmart.com and possibly in store.

Summer Holidays

Super excited we are off on holiday on Thursday for a our family holiday and then my daughter and I are off to England for the summer.  So this will be my last post over the school summer holidays.

I thought what better way to celebrate the summer and the stunning weather is to create a beach themed project and here it is:

 

The box template is from My Time Made Easy and is called Clam-ped Shut.  I have also used papers called Under The Cabana and the digital stamp set called Underwater Wonderment.

 

 

I have coloured the images using promarkers and added some glitter.

 

I then went onto make a bunch of cards perfect for any summer holiday birthday or even to send from your holiday destination to family back home

I love these super cute images so adorable!!
