Ladybird Treats

Good morning.

I have a cute and really simple treat idea to share today.

I was in a local supermarket and I found these really sweet chocolate ladybirds and I just had to buy some and turn them into little hostess gifts.

They are very easy to make and I used the Wood Words stamp set to decorate them.

The card stock measures 2.5" x 7.5"

Score on the long side at 3", 3.75" and 6.75"

I then used the stitched shapes framelits to make the hole in the front.

I stamped the flower image from the wood words stamp set all over the piece of card stock.  I also added a little frame in black cardstock using the stitched shapes framelits again.

The little lady birds have a piece of card attached to them for the legs so I just added a little foam square to stick it to the back of the little pouch.

I then added a little library clip to keep it closed and a little tag from the matching set of framelits called Wood Crate.

These would make lovely little party/table favours or to give out at your next craft party.

Thanks for stopping by today and please head over to the Stampin' Up! Website for more details about the products I have used or just click the links below.
